Tribe Nightguard Female

Tribe Nightguard is a character in my Tribe world. She is a member in the Emperor's special force. Her job is to do variety of tasks such as escort, protection, and other special tasks such as assassinations. Though they usually work quietly in the dark, they are capable of taking enemy straight on with just their hand to hand combat.

Tribe Princess

This is a test based on the dress i did earlier on. A more realistic approach to the princess character. You can think of her as a daughter from a very wealthy family, but I think calling her a princess now is more suited for what I want to do with the story later on.

Tribe world cityscape

Hey guys,

Here is a city scape for my tribe world. I have a little background story to the whole thing in my mind right now. The setting is thousands of years after World War III, human civilization have destroyed themselves, lands on earth are destroyed, polluted, toxic, and radioactive from the weapons used. Most of civilization died, only the "tribe" people who lived up in high altitude has survived. So they arise and build their own empire based on their past cultures, architectures. I'm highly borrowing from a mix of all the old Asian cultures, chinese, japanese, korean, thai and etc.

This is a city in the sky, built on massive stone structures, mountain tops and so on. Everything above the cloud layer is beauty, glory, and full of life. Anything below the cloud layers shows the past ruins, old abondoned cities, and deserted areas. I will be tackling on the high and glory part of the city first, as it is more fun to work on. I'll get to the other parts later. Going to move onto doing my 2nd and 3rd shots

I'm planning to try and do a serie of this "tribe" painting. Its a fantasy world I have in my head. This part of the world is partly influenced by the Miao tribe in China, but more factasy feel. I particularly like them because one of a chinese game I grew up with called Chinese Paladin (仙劍奇俠傳), not sure if any of you have heard of it, hahah

It was a very small, almost indie-like RPG game made in Taiwan, and then spiraled into a franchise and TV serie due to its popularity. Really really great story.
